Beef Stroganoff - 700g

Right - we are not going to lie to you, developing this one to perfection took work! The Old Man used to make this as a staff meal at our restaurant. It needed to taste exactly the same and be reminiscent of a time when we would all sit down together before a service and eat and talk and laugh.

The rich paprika laced sour cream sauce smells like a life-time of memories and tender beef, mushrooms and onion bring it all to life! Another no starch added meal so make yourself some mash or a baked potato or a bit of healthy brown rice and if you want to garnish with some finely chopped gherkin - try it! Its delicious.

To heat - simply pop in the oven or air fryer at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 mins.

If you are heating from frozen add about 10 mins to heating time

Ingredients: A Grade SA Beef, Onions, Mushrooms, Sour Cream, Paprika, Beef Stock, Tomato Paste, Flour and Vegetable Fat
